Flügge is a made to order brand, which means every item is made for you. All of our pieces are by Samira; are then packed and shipped from Augsburg in Germany. Please expect a production time of TEN BUSINESS DAYS plus delivery time following submission of your order
Shipping Costs
All of our orders are sent tracked & signature required. If you would like your order to be sent without a signature required, please SEND US AN EMAIL. This option would make the shipping costs cheaper, but this way we can not guarantee the receipt of the goods and will not pay for any lost shipments

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification which will also include a tracking link. Estimated shipping times shown during checkout do not include our production time.
We are not responsible for delayed or lost shipments, but we are always here to help if something is going wrong.
International Shipping Terms
All orders placed outside of Germany &/or the European Union are shipped DDU (delivery duty unpaid) & may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, & fees levied by the destination country. Please check your local customs website for more information.
Please note that if a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, & the cost of returning the package to flügge.
Return Policy
At flügge we take great pride in the quality & craftsmanship of our products. All of our pieces are hand-made to order and therefore typically cannot be returned. If you are unsure about sizing, we would love to assist you prior to placing your order. Please SEND US AN EMAIL with any questions.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please GET IN TOUCH within ten business days of receiving your order, so we can assist you in the best way we can. Store credit, exchanges, or alterations may be available on a case by case basis. We will not be responsible for any additional postage costs.
